1. Who we are and what these terms cover
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Erkam Demirci, Nilüfer, Bursa, Türkiye ("Peekivo", "we", "us"), which operates Peekivo. They apply to the peekivo.com website and its waitlist today, and to the Peekivo service when it is offered to you. The Acceptable Use Policy in sections 6 to 8 is part of these terms. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, and cookies in the Cookie Policy. These terms take effect on 1 October 2026.
2. What is available today
Peekivo is not yet sold. Today you can read this website and join the waitlist. Joining creates no account, subscription or payment obligation, and it does not promise you a place, a launch date, a price or any particular feature. No email is sent when you join. We may later contact you about early access at the address you gave, and you can ask us to remove it at any time, as described in the Privacy Policy.
3. The waitlist
Join only with an email address that is yours, and only if you are at least 16 years old. Do not add other people's addresses, and do not sign up automatically or in bulk. To keep the waitlist usable, sign-ups pass a Cloudflare Turnstile check and a limit of five sign-ups a day for each browser and for each connection. We may refuse or remove entries that appear to break these rules. The form gives the same answer whether or not an address is already on the list, so it never reveals who has joined.
4. Eligibility and accounts (when the service opens)
To use the service you must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. If you use Peekivo for an organisation, you confirm that you may accept these terms for it. Give accurate account details, keep your sign-in credentials secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use. Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for the members they invite and the roles they give them.
5. What the service does and does not promise
When it is offered, Peekivo reads the pages you choose on the schedule you set, compares each read with earlier ones and tells you about the changes your rules describe. It depends on websites we do not control: a page can block automated reads, require a login, change its layout or be unreachable. Peekivo shows the last attempt separately from the last successful read and reports a blocked or unreadable page as such. We do not guarantee that every change is detected, that notifications arrive at a particular time, or that the service is always available. Do not rely on Peekivo as your only source for legal, financial, medical or safety decisions; check the original source.
6. Acceptable use: what you may watch
Watch pages that are publicly available, or pages you are authorised to access, for legitimate purposes such as tracking prices, stock, product listings, policies, documentation, job postings, regulatory notices and other information published by organisations. Do not use Peekivo to monitor, profile or locate a private individual, to stalk or harass anyone, or to build files about people for people-search, unsolicited marketing, credit, employment, housing or other eligibility decisions. Do not watch content whose collection is unlawful for you, and do not use captures in a way that infringes copyright, database rights or privacy.
7. Acceptable use: how you may watch
Do not use Peekivo to get around logins, paywalls, CAPTCHAs, rate limits, IP blocks or other technical measures a site uses to control access. Peekivo reports a blocked page as blocked; it does not try to defeat the block. Do not give Peekivo credentials for accounts you do not own or are not authorised to use. Choose check frequencies that do not burden the sites you watch; Peekivo applies its own request limits and may decline to read a page whose operator does not allow automated access. You are responsible for following the terms of the websites you watch and the laws that apply to you.
8. Acceptable use: what is never allowed
Do not use Peekivo to break the law; to store or send malware or unlawful content; to probe, scan or attack networks, including private or internal addresses; to load-test or disrupt any website; to send notifications to destinations you do not control or are not authorised to use; to evade plan limits, for example with multiple accounts; to resell or offer the service as your own without our written agreement; or to copy, scrape, reverse engineer or interfere with Peekivo itself. We may pause a watch, remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules. Unless the law prevents it, we will tell you what we did and why, and you can reply to ask us to reconsider.
9. Your content and the pages you watch
You keep your rights in what you put into Peekivo: page addresses, rules, messages, notes and settings. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to provide, secure and support the service for you. Captures of third-party pages are made at your direction for your own use; we claim no ownership of them and do not publish them. You are responsible for having the right to watch a page and to use what Peekivo captures from it.
10. Suggestions from automated features
Some features, such as describing what you want to be told about in your own words, use automated systems, including AI models, to suggest a source page, a rule or a summary. Suggestions can be wrong. Review the proposal before you approve it: a watch starts only after you approve it, and a notification is decided by the rule you approved. Automated assistance is optional; you can always set up a watch yourself.
11. Plans, payment and renewal (when offered)
Nothing is charged today. When paid plans open, the price, billing period, limits, any trial and the renewal terms are shown before you buy. On the web, payments are handled by Polar; in the mobile app, purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the same place you subscribed, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid. If a trial converts to a paid plan, we tell you when and at what price before it does.
12. Consumer right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another country that grants one, you may withdraw from a paid subscription bought on the web within 14 days without giving a reason. If you ask us to start the service during that period, you pay for the part provided before you withdraw. How to withdraw, including the withdrawal function, is shown when you buy. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are refunded under those stores' processes. Nothing in these terms limits a right that the consumer law of your country gives you.
13. Peekivo's software and name
Peekivo's software, design, name and logo belong to us or our licensors. While these terms apply, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service as these terms allow. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
14. Third-party services
Peekivo can deliver to services you connect, such as email, Slack, Telegram or your own webhook, and may let you sign in with Google. Those services are run by others under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them. What you send to a destination you configured is governed by that destination's terms.
15. Suspension and ending
You can stop using Peekivo at any time and, when accounts exist, delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if your use creates a security or legal risk, or if the law requires it. Where we can, we will give you notice and a chance to export your data first. What happens to your data when an account ends is described in the Privacy Policy.
16. Disclaimers
Apart from what these terms expressly say, the website, the waitlist and the service are provided as they are and as available, to the extent the law allows. We do not promise that they will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a third-party page will remain readable. If you are a consumer, you keep the statutory guarantees and rights your local law gives you.
17. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data, or for loss caused by a change that was not detected or a notification that was late or not delivered. Our total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us for it in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim and USD 100. These limits do not apply to death or personal injury caused by negligence, to fraud, to intentional or grossly negligent conduct, or to any liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
18. Copyright and abuse notices
Captures are stored privately for the account that requested them; Peekivo does not publish them. If you believe material stored or sent through Peekivo infringes your copyright or is otherwise unlawful, write to hello@peekivo.com with: your name and contact details; the work or right concerned; where the material is, such as the page address or the notification; why you believe it is infringing or unlawful; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised; and a statement that your notice is accurate. For a copyright notice, also confirm under penalty of perjury that you are, or are authorised to act for, the rights holder, and sign it. We confirm receipt, act without undue delay, tell the account holder where appropriate and let them respond. We end the accounts of repeat infringers where appropriate.
19. Reporting a security issue
If you find a vulnerability in Peekivo, please report it to security@peekivo.com with enough detail for us to reproduce it. Test only against your own data, do not access or change other people's data, do not degrade the service, do not use social engineering or physical attacks, and give us reasonable time to fix the issue before you disclose it. We will acknowledge your report and keep you informed.
20. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of İstanbul (Çağlayan) have jurisdiction over disputes about them. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring a claim in its courts. Please contact us first; most problems can be solved quickly.
21. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Peekivo changes. The version and date at the top of this page identify the current text, and the waitlist records the version you agreed to. When the service is offered, we will tell account holders about material changes in advance, by email or in the app, and continued use after the change takes effect means you accept it. A change never applies to a dispute that arose before it.
